FAQ
- How do I join the server?
- Open Direct Connect in the DayZ launcher and paste the server address — it is in the footer of this site, with a Copy button next to it. You can also find us by name in the server browser.
- How do I get my item?
- Automatically. Once your payment clears, the kit appears in your inventory on the server, usually within a minute. If you are offline, the order waits for your next login and never expires.
- I paid and nothing arrived
- First check that you joined the server with the same Steam account you ordered with — delivery is tied to it. The status is on the order page in your account. If more than an hour has passed, message us on Discord with your order number. A paid order is never lost.
- What payment methods are there?
- SBP, Russian bank cards, international cards and cryptocurrency. The payment itself happens on RollyPay's side — your card details are entered there and never reach our site.
- Why sign in with Steam?
- So we know who to deliver to. Steam confirms the account is yours — you enter your password on Valve's side, we never see or store it. All we receive is your SteamID, nickname and avatar.
- Can I give my purchase to another player?
- Yes, as long as the kit is unopened. It sits in your inventory on the server and does not disappear — hand it to another player in game. Once you open it, the items are yours, and only the items themselves can be passed on.
- Can I get a refund?
- Before delivery, yes — message an administrator. Once the items are in the game, a refund is not possible: you already have the goods.
- Will my items survive a wipe?
- No, same as any other loot. Wipes are announced in advance on Discord — plan big purchases around the schedule.
